Steve Henderson

President of the Americas
Vice President of Diversified Products

As President of the Americas, Steve Henderson is responsible for strategic oversight of all Dow Automotive Systems product, marketing and sales activities in North and South America. He is also responsible for global profit and loss for multiple product lines and businesses in his role as Vice President, Diversified Products. He manages global marketing duties for current and future technologies and solutions, and asset oversight for multiple global facilities.

Most recently, Henderson served as Vice President, New Business Development and Strategic Marketing for Dow Automotive, where he led global efforts to identify and pursue new business development opportunities and developed global strategic marketing excellence initiatives.

He has also served as Vice President of Glass and Plastic Bonding for Dow Automotive and has held a variety of positions in sales and marketing during his 20-year tenure. Henderson joined Dow Automotive from General Motors in 1987 as an associate engineer. He has a B.S. degree in Organizational Administration and a Master's of Business Administration.

He is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), Sales and Marketing Executives (SME), Adhesives Sealants Council (ASC) and Beta Gamma Sigma.
