Our Technical Service and Development (TS&D) centers are located in Midland, Michigan, Terneuzen, The Netherlands and Auburn Hills, Michigan with field site locations worldwide. These centers provide field-based technical service – close to our customers for quick response. Our TS&D personnel will partner with you, and assist in material selection, engineering design support, production start-up and manufacturing support. Early involvement in new programs allows our engineers to recommend the products and processing techniques that will help deliver the lowest cost solution for the application. From a product development standpoint, the personnel at these centers can assist in identifying customer needs and facilitating research efforts. In addition, a core technology group keeps abreast of the latest process technology. TS&D will also help our customers gain compliance with global regulatory issues and material safety and handling, ensuring safe and ethical use of Dow Automotive products. Our philosophy of total program involvement enables us to work with you through every step, from concept design through program launch. During new program launches, and for the life of the program, our engineers will be there, hand in hand, with our customers to provide launch support, product training, trouble shooting, and process optimization.
