Product Description:
BETASEAL™ Glass Bonding Systems- are used worldwide for the structural bonding and sealing of stationary glass and help vehicles meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) for barrier, rollover and roof crush regulations. New technologies include primerless to paint, non-conducive, high Modulus and "fixture free" adhesives, as well as one step glass primers.

BETASEAL Direct Glazing Systems consist of BETACLEAN™ cleaner, BETAPRIME™ primer and BETASEAL adhesive to provide the total bonding solution for direct glazing applications. BETASEAL formulations provide a wide range of mechanical properties to suit all vehicle requirements. Formulations are developed to be compatible with all vehicle production processes, including cold and warm applied systems. Innovative BETASEAL formulations consistently provide the capability to significantly optimize the direct glazing process – saving cost and reducing assembly time.

Applications:
Glass bonding applications, including windshields, backlites, and quarter glass for passenger vehicles, trucks, buses, rail coaches, and off road vehicles. Direct glazing applications, including windscreen/windshield, rear screen, fixed side glasses.

Application Methods:
Via robotic or manual application from custom pumping equipment. Glass replacement applications via the broad range of Dow Automotive BETASEAL Aftermarket packaging systems.
