This 20% long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene is used in the instrument panel retainer and structural part. The instrument panel is produced at both Volkswagen in-house production and Faurecia. 04/22/2003 Dow Automotive has entered into a long term agreement with Cyclics Corporation for marketing the cyclic form of polybutylene terephthalate (CBT®) resins into the global automotive, bus, truck, and rail markets. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. 03/12/2003 George Hamilton has been named chief operating officer of Dow Automotive. The announcement was made by Bob Wood, business group president for The Dow Chemical Company's Thermosets organization. 01/08/2003 Larry Denton, Dow Automotive president, today announced he is leaving the organization, effective January 31. Denton has accepted a position as president and CEO of Dura Automotive Systems, Inc., Rochester Hills, Michigan. |
