Jerry Pritchett	Bernie Defreitas

Jerry Pritchett has been named Business Director of Plastics and Fluids for Dow Automotive and is responsible for development and implementation of global strategy and profitability for this business. He will also lead the business management team for plastics and fluids and be a member of the Dow Automotive Leadership Team. Pritchett joined Dow in 1989 and has held a variety of positions in sales, product management and marketing. Most recently, he was the polypropylene product director for Europe, Middle East and Africa, based in Horgen, Switzerland. Pritchett holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Kansas State University.

Bernie Defreitas is now Product Market Manager for North American Glass and Plastic Bonding, Small Packaging within Dow Automotive. He is responsible for the implementation of the business strategy and management of financial results for this business group that extends Dow Automotive glass bonding and structural adhesive expertise into the automotive aftermarket. Defreitas joined Dow in 1990 and has held a variety of positions in sales, market development and sales/marketing education. In his most recent position as North American Sales Education Leader, he established sales best practices and implemented them across Dow's portfolio of businesses. Defreitas earned a bachelor of science degree in marketing and finance from McMaster University in Canada.
