Dow Automotive announced today that it has completed its acquisition from Wuhan Linuo Solar Energy Group Company Limited of the 49 percent interest in Wuhan Essex Chemical Company Limited that Dow Automotive did not previously own.

Wuhan Essex Chemical Company Limited manufactures sealers and markets Dow Automotive glass bonding systems to the Chinese automotive market.
