Hillsdale Fire Department Receives Major Gift From The Dow Foundation

The Hillsdale Fire Department will receive a $25,000 gift from The Dow Foundation on Monday, May 7, during the City Council Meeting, which starts at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 97 North Broad Street, Hillsdale.
The funds are designated for new safety equipment that will benefit the entire region, including other area businesses and farmers and will be presented by Tim Dill, Dow Automotive Plant Manager for the Hillsdale facility. Accepting the gift will be Chris Gutowski, Hillsdale Public Safety Director.
“Dow Automotive actively supports the Hillsdale community, as we have for more than 30 years,” Dill said. “We are very pleased to make a donation that will directly benefit the safety and well-being of our friends and families and are proud of this community service.”
