As Vice President of Manufacturing for Dow Automotive, Joe Asiala is responsible for the development and implementation of asset strategies and manufacturing technologies that deliver high quality product performance. Asiala joined Dow in 1980 as a process engineer, and has held a variety of positions within The Dow Chemical Company. He holds an M.E. in chemical engineering and a B.S. in nuclear engineering from Texas A&M University. Asiala is also chairman of the board of MITech+, a non-profit organization committed to promoting technical careers, workforce development and collaboration within the Midland Community.
